Medallions of raw tuna, frozen with a thickness between 1.2 to 1.8 cm, with different presentations of variable weight according to the needs of the client, individually high vacuum packed, marketed in bulk in corrugated cardboard boxes, resistant to normal handling during transport, distribution and marketing.
