TUNA CEVICHE WITH LENTILS

INGREDIENTS

 

1 can of Tritún tuna in water

50 grams of lentils

1 cucumber

100 grams of cherry tomatoes

50 grams of baby spinach

2 lemons

50 ml olive oil

Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

 

1. Cook lentils in water, time approx. 10 or 15 min.

2. Once cooked and cooled, the lentils are mixed with the cherry tomatoes, spinach and Tritún tuna in water.

3. Season with a little lemon, salt and pepper.
