INGREDIENTS

 

1 can of tuna Marhel in Water

200 grams of cabbage

1 carrot

Soybean or alfalfa sprouts

Cucumber in Julienne cut

Ranch dressing

Flour tortilla or pita bread

Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

 

1. Warm the flour tortilla or pita bread.

2. Can of tuna Marhel in water is added to the tortilla with cucumber in strips, grated cabbage and carrot.

3. Add ranch dressing and soybean or alfalfa sprouts.

4. Roll like a burrito and warm each one.
