1 can of tuna Marhel in oil

1 tomato

1/4 onion

1 garlic clove

3 green tomatoes

2 Serrano pepper

1 bunch of cilantro

1 kilo of corn tortillas

100 ml of canola oil

salt and pepper



1. Sauté onion, garlic and serrano pepper

2. Blend tomato and tuna can Marhel in oil.

3. Season to taste.

4. In a pan put a little oil and add the corn tortilla to soften a little.

5. Stuffed taco and return to the pan to finish frying.

6. Decorate dish with cilantro.
